The main railway-station of Rotterdam will demolished while a new one has to be build on the same spot due to,.. well you know. Economics, more passengers, better international connection.. The building was closed two weeks ago. Currently they've deplaced some letters on the roof. It would have said: 'Rotterdam Centraal'.. but they changed it in 'Traan Laten' which is in translation 'Shed a Tear'.

On the right (Darker pic) a "small" (about 16 squaremeter) sample of my work which I shot for Leiden University a couple of months ago. They'd told me they would print it large in front of the station. I thought it meant it was going to be part of a Abri ("Big" advertisement-sockle for A0-prints).. so when I came back from the Client-concert in Utrecht, which had already given me one of the best days in the year, I had a big Wow-moment when I first saw it.
